  • We take into account age, injury history and experience to build a individualised strength and training program for you using free weights (e.g. dumbells and barbells) and machine weights. .

  • We also incorporate resistance training into our plans. These are movements that are performed to improve muscular fitness by exercising a muscle group to contract against external resistance. This can include free weights, body weight and resistance band exercises.

  • We provide cardiovascular conditioning to improve your overall fitness and energy levels. We have multiple cardio machines in the gym and are close to Clapham Common so can offer outdoor cardio sessions.

  • We use simple boxing combinations and pad work, that are an effective way to tone-up and burn fat whilst releasing stress.

  • We provide 1:1 swim coaching for all levels of ability ranging from beginner to advanced, including for those specifically looking to train for triathlons and other competitions.

  • We will help you choose the correct foods to eat outside of your sessions with us to maximise your potential inside and outside of the gym.
